Job Summary

Our client is looking to bring on a experienced, multi-faceted full time controller. This person will be expected to handle a wide range of accounting duties including payroll, accounts payable and receivables, P&L statements, financial reports, and bank reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring Weekly and Monthly payroll.

  • Processing accounts payable

  • Month end journal entries and account reconciliations

  • Monitoring sub consultants and reimbursable expenses

  • Preparation of financial spreadsheets for internal use

  • Weekly time card entries

Key Skills and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

  • Experience with Quickbooks required

  • Minimum 10 years experience in an accounting role (management experience a plus)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize and handle multiple tasks

  • Ability to work and communicate across the organization

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
