Job Summary
Our client is looking to bring on a experienced, multi-faceted full time controller. This person will be expected to handle a wide range of accounting duties including payroll, accounts payable and receivables, P&L statements, financial reports, and bank reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities
Monitoring Weekly and Monthly payroll.
Processing accounts payable
Month end journal entries and account reconciliations
Monitoring sub consultants and reimbursable expenses
Preparation of financial spreadsheets for internal use
Weekly time card entries
Key Skills and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Experience with Quickbooks required
Minimum 10 years experience in an accounting role (management experience a plus)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize and handle multiple tasks
Ability to work and communicate across the organization
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
