Description

Converse is setting a bold strategic vision to connect with the marketplace and position converse.com as the first and best destination for authentic Converse products and experiences. Our Senior Manager of Global Performance Marketing will be a part of the media center for excellence in Boston, MA reporting to the global director of integrated media. This is a hands-on role where you will shape, scale, and implement our performance marketing strategy to augment profitability, retention, reactivation, and acquisition. This new role will focus on developing the global performance marketing agenda and key strategies, while working with cross-functional partners to ensure our regional teams are able to drive in-market results. Your passion must be connecting even more people with the Converse brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a key driver of theglobal integrated media offense.

  • Be a thought leader inthe performance marketing agenda, driving cross-region best practices andmeaningful tests to surface new strategies and creative executions to increaseeffectiveness and efficiency.

  • Partner closely withthe .com, CRM, email, social, consumer insights teams to drive segmentationapproaches focused on unlocking new revenue opportunities.

  • Drive globalperformance marketing budget planning, tracking, and campaign analyses withregional leads.

  • Foster new marketingchannel and tactic exploration by working closely with peers.

  • Serve as primarycreative liaison between the core regional performance marketing team and theglobal creative teams, informing creative briefs with market specific insightsand creative development considerations as needed.

  • Drive the POV on theright global partnerships, platform & tech, and product recommendations todrive growth.

  • Bleeding edge of thelatest technology advancements and offer new insights on how to drive businessvalue with the tools we have, as well as through new tools.

  • Synthesize complexstrategies/processes into understandable ideas that the organization can rallybehind.

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of digitalmarketing and programmatic experience.

  • Proven track record ofdriving results and innovation at a DTC company/agency.

  • Experience workingwith multicultural and cross-functional marketing teams across differentlocations / time zones.

  • Ability to identifythe metrics to drive success, measure KPIs, socialize understanding and driveinitiatives to completion.

  • Excellentcommunication, collaboration, negotiation and planning skills; demonstratedsuccess in influencing & communicating ideas to various stakeholders.

  • Experience thriving ina fast-paced, high growth environment.

  • Nimble and flexiblewith regards to changing priorities & business needs.

  • Collaborative,energetic and hands-on team player.

  • Proactive, with astrong sense of ownership and accountability

  • Bachelor’sdegree or equivalent experience
