As a Regional Sales Trainer, you will build the quality of our sales team through training, evaluation, and development of sales professionals. In this role you will accelerate, ramp and maximize efficiency of the regional sales team primarily through delivery of sales training and workshops.
Develop and implement the training platform
Run monthly training classes of 12+ people
Exceptional communicator and relationship builder
Schedule flexibility – some travel required
Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline driven
6+ years prior of professional cooperate training
2+ years’ experience leading training on sales productivity tools
Experience with reporting and analytics
Strong verbal communication skills and professional demeanor
Confident, creative, and goal oriented
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
