System One Creative Project Manager in Boston, Massachusetts

Creative Project Manager

Our Fortune 100 insurance client is looking for a Creative Project Manager to join their team for a short-term contract. In this role, you will work with the in-house creative team to support marketing programs that will target agents, brokers and customers as well as employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Creative Services Project Manager to manage moderately complex projects across all channels (e.g., print, digital, web, video)

  • Help manage the planning, organization, and execution of multi-channel creative projects from inception to completion

  • Act as a liaison across teams to ensure completion of projects are on time and within budget; resolve issues as they arise

  • Collect information and initiates new projects including assigning creative resources, determining timeline, and creating schedules

  • Manage project schedules and keeps resources updated on changes throughout the project lifecycle

  • Assign work internally and/or through outside vendor partners (design, copy)

  • Develop production plan and monitor all aspects of production processes to meet scheduled deadlines and to maximize efficiency

  • Utilize work management tool (Adobe Workfront) to manage jobs, providing continual updates to project team (creative team + marketing partners)

  • Escalates scheduling issues; may prepare project reports for management

  • Identify potential roadblocks and report findings from risk analysis to relevant team members

  • Assist with continuous improvements to Workfront system: intake, job templates, global user settings, naming conventions, etc.

  • Assist with administrative tasks including vendor invoicing, creative asset management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant discipline

  • 3+ years of creative project management experience; agency on in-house agency experience

  • Detail-oriented, exceptional organizational skills, diplomatic in working with internal and external teams

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
