Accenture Crisis and Recovery Data Analysis & Reporting Lead in Boston, Massachusetts

You are a data scientist that is able to quickly understand and integrate multiple disparate data sources to create a unified view. You are able to quickly and thoughtfully craft reports and dashboards that show executives the most important data in an accessible way. You’re a creative, analytical problem solver with excellent communication skills who can speak to both technical and non-technical audiences. You are eager to put your skills to use by helping us help our clients respond to and recover from cyber attacks.
The Work
You will be part of a specialized team that helps our clients better prepare for, detect, respond to and recover from cyber attacks. The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative and no two days will be the same. When working an active crisis, you will support client executive leadership to understand the ground truth of their situation by gathering and presenting relevant metrics on response and recovery progress.
Projects might include: leading a data team for a major incident to give real-time updates to executive leaders on status, collaborating with multiple other partners and vendors to create “single-pane-of-glass” views, uplifting existing dashboard and reporting tools to use on future incidents, supporting data-driven decision-making for post-incident strategic transformation after a large incident, helping to develop methodologies, process/procedure manuals and documentation to prepare for future incidents, helping organizations prepare for future incidents by helping build a crisis management program.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 3 years of service delivery experience
Minimum 3 years working in quantitative data analytics, including exploratory data analysis and data visualization
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience using a variety of tools and cloud computing infrastructure (e.g., PowerBI, SQL, Azure, Dev Ops, Python, LLM)
Ability to tie together and sanitize different quantitative and qualitative data sets and identify key insights
Strong data visualization skills to quickly produce reports and dashboards
Experience delivering work for a variety of audiences, including executive leadership teams and technical teams
Proven leadership and management skills; ability to build, manage and foster a team environment.
Proven experience working in a crisis, disaster, or other types of high impact and stress situations
Proven ability to work creatively to solve challenges.
Experience working with AI tools, including refining machine learning models
Experience working in a consulting firms, especially strategic security advisory
Understanding of Incident Response and Recovery principles.
Technical/Functional skills advising clients in the following areas: incident response and crisis management; emergency management; cyber resilience; risk management and identification; business continuity and disaster recovery

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
