Actalent CTMS Specialist in Boston, Massachusetts

Position: CTMS Specialist

This is a contract role and requires previous experience building Clinical Trial Management Systems*

Job Description:

Looking to hire a full time individual with a clinical research background to act as a consultant CTMS Specialist to support multiple clinical research sites. This CTMS Specialist must be experienced in being able to work independently. Please note, as the position progresses, additional job duties will likely be added that are not listed in this description. A candidate must help wherever needed depending on the specific assignment.

Responsibilities:

  • Building CTMS from scratch for specific sites, each CTMS takes around 8 hours to build

  • Help study teams follow protocol

  • Auditing each CTMS

  • Any other efforts deemed necessary by each site

Requirements:

  • Must have experience building CTMS from scratch (1+ year)

  • CTMS design experience, OnCore preferred (1+ year)

  • Understanding of clinical trials

  • Tech savvy

  • Comfortable with contract roles

Additional Details:

Duration: Open ended contract - expected to be 6+ months

Schedule: Remote 40 hours/week (Monday-Friday) - during normal business hours

Pay negotiable based on years of experience
