Description We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the bustling city of Boston, Massachusetts. The role involves both inbound and outbound calls, data entry, and customer service in a dynamic call center environment. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

• Ensure high-quality customer service at all times

• Handle data entry tasks with precision and accuracy

• Efficiently correspond with customers via email

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word in day-to-day tasks

• Process orders accurately and in a timely manner

• Schedule appointments as per customer requests

• Monitor and take necessary actions on customer accounts. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls, managing high call volumes and maintaining composure under pressure.

• Demonstrated experience in a call center customer service environment.

• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to resolve issues effectively and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Excellent data entry skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

• Ability to manage email correspondence professionally, responding promptly and courteously to customer inquiries.

• Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating effective communication and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating spreadsheets, performing calculations, and analyzing data.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, with the ability to create, format, and edit documents effectively.

• Experience in order entry, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing customer orders.

• Ability to schedule appointments efficiently, managing multiple calendars and coordinating schedules as needed.
