Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in Boston, Massachusetts. The role involves a significant amount of data mining, processing, and organization within our industry. The workplace setting requires someone who is detail-oriented and proficient in using databases, with the ability to ask questions when necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Mining through data and extracting the correct details.

• Transferring the extracted data into our new model accurately.

• Handling customer inquiries and resolving them promptly.

• Organizing files and maintaining efficient data management systems.

• Utilizing various software such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data entry tasks.

• Corresponding via email with customers and team members.

• Performing calculations as necessary for data processing.

• Ensuring high level of accuracy in all data entry tasks.

• Scanning documents and updating the database with the scanned information.

• Utilizing 10 key skills for efficient data entry. Requirements • Proficiency in 10 Key Skills is essential.

• Must have excellent Customer Service skills.

• Proficient in Data Entry.

• Ability to effectively manage Email Correspondence.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.

• Must be adept at using Microsoft Word.

• Experience in Organizing Files is required.

• Ability to Perform Calculations accurately.

• Proficiency in Scanning documents.

• Excellent Typing skills are required.
