Robert Half Data Entry Clerk in Boston, Massachusetts

Description We are extending an opportunity to join our team as an HR Recruiter in the non-profit sector, based in Boston, Massachusetts. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity and involves carrying out full cycle recruiting, benefits administration, and managing employee relations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire recruiting process, from defining job requirements to posting job ads and managing the hiring process

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract the most experience in candidates

• Conduct initial applicant screenings and coordinate interviews

• Manage benefits administration, ensuring all employees understand and utilize their benefits effectively

• Address and resolve employee relations issues, promoting a positive work environment

• Collaborate with the HR team to develop policies and procedures

• Utilize HR systems to manage recruitment processes and maintain employee records

• Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods and suggest new ideas for improving recruitment processes

• Assist in organizing company events and careers days

• Compile reports for management as needed. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the non-profit sector

• Proficiency in full cycle recruiting is necessary

• Should have a strong understanding of benefits administration

• Must have excellent skills in employee relations and conflict resolution

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is required

• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Should have strong decision-making skills

• Proficiency in using HR software and computer applications

• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks

• Should be a team player with the ability to work independently when required

• Must have a proactive approach and the ability to act with urgency when necessary

• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is preferred

• Must have the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external partners

• Should have a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to think strategically.
