Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates some knowledge and/or a proven record of success in operational M&A and Divestitures including:

  • Pre-deal operational due diligence;

  • Integration and separation planning and execution;

  • Synergy and cost savings analysis; and,

  • Knowledge of one or more of the following functional areas: Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources or Supply Chain / Operations.

Demonstrates some proven knowledge or skills within the following areas:

  • Abilities as team member;

  • Builds relationships;

  • Communicates in an organized and knowledgeable manner in written and oral formats, including delivering clear requests for information and communicating potential conflicts;

  • Delivers clear requests for information;

  • Demonstrates flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks;

  • Understands personal and team roles;

  • Contributes to a positive working environment by building relationships with team members;

  • Seeks guidance, clarification and feedback proactively and communicates potential conflicts to a supervisor;

  • Demonstrates capabilities with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau);

  • Possesses proficiency in leveraging AI to generate efficiencies with completing tasks;

  • Demonstrates flexibility and desire to travel, as client assignments require;

  • Researches and analyzes technical matters, while utilizing problem-solving skills;

  • Analysis of large and complex data sets, demonstrates an aptitude for conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, using the standard suite of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to execute related deliverables; and,

  • Utilizes proven written and verbal business communication skills when interacting with team members in a professional setting.

The salary range for this position is: $37.00 - $48.00. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
