Salesforce is seeking an eager, dynamic and results-focused marketing professional to drive strategy and integrated demand generation for the Retail Consumer Goods and Common Layer team. We seek a candidate with a diverse set of demand generation experience across digital, messaging, events and content marketing. We are looking for an innovative marketer who is not afraid to try new initiatives and quickly test and iterate to build pipe.

In addition to driving full funnel campaigns that attract new customers, this role requires an individual who has the agility to navigate the needs of many groups, a collaborative spirit that looks for ways to accomplish the goals of many teams, and the creative drive to develop campaigns that stand above our competition. Analytical capability is key for understanding and running demand generation, forecasting, budgeting, lead flow, and the many moving parts involved in running an effective marketing campaign/program.

Proven experience in programmatic demand generation through integrated campaigns and customer journeys is critical. This position requires hands-on execution with the day-to-day coordination and program management of all aspects of the initiatives and campaigns with the opportunity to inform strategy.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting the build of AMER-centric demand gen strategies to attract new customers and audiences in the Retail Consumer Goods industry, as well as support multi-industry opportunities to promote and sell the Salesforce Common Layer portfolio (Loyalty Management, Salesforce Scheduler, Salesforce Surveys, ERI, DPA)

  • Establishing immediate trust with internal stakeholders across content, creative, product marketing, industry marketing, executive leadership and other groups to drive a plan that breaks down silos and delivers exceptional, innovative, and creative marketing campaigns to make a greater impact on the business

  • Create and report on key metrics that monitor performance from website metrics, offer engagement, pipeline influence to closed deals

Key Qualifications:

  • 2+ years delivering integrated marketing campaigns, ideally in B2B space.

  • Experience working with large and diverse teams across multiple disciplines, reporting structures and priorities.

  • Strong understanding of demand generation and a track record of owning campaigns, projects, and driving success

  • Ability to handle multiple initiatives and track record for delivering under tight deadlines

  • Experience optimizing spend across tactics and forecasting results

  • Strong presentation skills & communication skills

  • Works well under pressure, in a fast-paced, high-growth environment that is constantly changing

  • Exceptional organization with excellent project management skills and rigorous attention to detail

Experience/Skills Required:

  • Degree in marketing or similar field

  • 2+ years experience in delivering integrated marketing campaigns

  • Experience with Salesforce applications/technology preferred

  • Expertise with Office products required
