This is a challenging role with serious impact. You’ll need to sort through complex situations to understand and clarify where errors happened or where they may continue to happen. It’s a fast-paced environment that takes focus, intensity and resilience.
This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends. Our office is located at 1325 BOYLSTON ST, BOSTON, MA 2215.
Greeting and assisting visitors
Maintaining and reviewing calendars and setting up meetings
Assisting to standard and non-standard requests
Prioritize and set deadlines for employee
Solves routine problems by following established procedures

High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
1+ years of experience in a front desk / administrative position
1+ years of experience in using Microsoft Outlook (navigate calendars, schedule meetings, and emails)
Computer experience in using Microsoft Excel (create, edit, and filter spreadsheets) and Microsoft Word (create and edit documents)
Ability to lift up to, but not exceeding, 50 pounds (lbs.) of objects (office supplies) on occasion based on business need
Ability to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST
Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role. UnitedHealth Group will adhere to all federal, state and local regulations as well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of vaccination prior to employment to ensure compliance
