Job Description:
Accenture Federal Services’ National Security Portfolio (NSP) is seeking a highly motivated Deputy Training Lead to support the integration, testing, deployment, and sustainment of a Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) system to provide maritime domain awareness in Northern Africa. The system will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and disseminating security information to enhance the security and force protection of maritime boundaries, natural resources, and strategic ports. The ideal candidate will work as part of an integrated team based in greater Boston, Massachusetts, to develop and manage the execution of the C4ISR system CONUS and OCONUS operations, maintenance, and train-the-trainer training.
The Work:
Lead a team of trainers to develop a comprehensive training program based on each capability of the C4ISR system solution
Develop a program training schedule and curriculum for all program participants
Develop operations and maintenance training modules for the EO/IR cameras, radars, UAVs, mobile surveillance vehicles, radio equipment, and software applications associated with the program
Create evaluation criteria that consists of knowledge checks and operational use-cases to determine training participants’ competency on the C4ISR system
Develop a train-the-trainer program that creates client trainers and system self-sufficiency on the program
Lead the execution of the CONUS and OCONUS based C4ISR system operations, maintenance, and train-the-trainer training
Work with clients to provide training updates and refresher training based on operational feedback
Here's what you need:
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering
8+ years in relevant experience in developing and providing complex surveillance system and software training
1+ years experience operating UAVs, EO/IR cameras, and radars
5+ years experience with Microsoft PowerPoint
Willingness to periodically travel to Northern Africa to lead and manage C4ISR system training
Bonus points if you have:
DoD / Military training experience
Web / video-based training development experience
Training simulation and scenario-based training development experience
Experience utilizing training development tools such as Camtasia, Captivate, or Adobe Illustrator
Security Clearance:
- Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. $88,600—$178,600 USD
