How will you make an impact:

The Paid Media Specialist -Search (SEM/SEO) will manage the planning, launching, maintaining, updating, and optimizing of the paid search campaigns and SEO efforts in support of the overall search strategy for the Fisher Healthcare Division (HMD), nested under the Customer Channels Group. The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on and enterprise-level expertise in SEM/SEO as well shopping campaigns (PLAs).

What you will do:

This person will need to have and eye for detail, be proactive, analytical, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and constantly look for new opportunities to improve performance and efficiency. This role will perform data analysis and visualization tasks to promote data influenced decisions.

To be successful in this role, you should be comfortable working in a highly matrix environment in a global organization, collaborating with large teams across multiple marketing departments.


  • Work closely with growing the HMD SEM channel as well as develop an overall organic strategy and execute upon it

  • Partner with cross divisional SEM Managers and drive implementation of customer-centric campaigns and standard optimization and reporting tasks

  • Lead and optimize website content to ensure an outstanding customer experience, while supporting HMD strategies and business priorities

  • Manage SEO to increase organic search visibility and ranking

  • Track important metrics and budgets with established dashboards and pacing files

  • Use channel-specific dashboards to gain insight, uncover optimization opportunities and make data-driven decisions

  • Find a better way every day, use automation and focus on solutions that scale

  • Build relationships with business partners to understand and exceed business goals and needs

  • Work with stakeholders to guarantee efficient project outcome

  • Manage workflow and maintain tight deadlines of multiple, simultaneous projects, with prioritization guidance from supervisor

  • Provide project status updates to business partners to set expectations on timelines, accomplishments, open questions, and risks

  • Stay up to date with the digital marketing industry and trends

How will you get here?


  • High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred


  • 2 years of experience in B2B or B2C customer-centric digital marketing or eCommerce

  • Sophisticated understanding of SEM using Google Ads, Bing Ads or other paid search engines

  • Experience with bid management platforms (e.g. Adobe Media Optimizer, Kenshoo, Marin) a plus

  • Proven track record of creating, optimizing and reinventing campaigns to constantly improve results

  • Strong Excel skills, ability to manage and update campaigns via bulk upload process

  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g. PowerBI, Adobe Analytics) a plus

  • Experience with SEO tools (e.g. SEMRush, Conductor, SpyFu) a plus

  • Experience managing multiple strategic clients including ownership and oversight of sophisticated budgets
