Digital Producer/CMS Specialist

The Digital Producer/CMS Specialist would report directly to the

Commercial Enablement, Digital Marketing Operations Manager . This role would be executing against various marketing materials and assets to support business objectives and strategies in a variety of Content Management Systems (CMS).

The responsibilities for this role include:

  • Build marketing assets that are generated by team members that meet the company’s strategic and tactical needs. This includes:- Templated banners- Templated landing pages- Edits to existing marketing content

  • Act as SME for multiple tools including, Adobe Experience Manager (6.5), Adobe Target, HCL etc.

  • Lead automation initiatives to help streamline work and reoccurring campaign flows

  • Triage and manage rush production requests as they surface

  • Optimize the lead nurturing workflows for customer segments to convert leads

  • Build testing frameworks for omnichannel marketing campaigns

  • Self-manage time to complete work on time and on budget

  • Review and document existing processes and look for enhancements in work execution

  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to achieve desired results

  • Ensure on-site experience drives omnichannel efforts by appropriately communicating key marketing messages and aligning with overall business strategy

  • Work with internal partners to ensure revenue tracking on all content works as expected.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience in related field, preferred

  • Experience working within and architecting various CMS platforms

  • Ability to write and edit basic HTML

  • Experience working in Adobe Photoshop

  • Experience working in Workfront or a similar project management system

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail

  • Understands KPIs to evaluate and optimize work

  • Receives general guidance, may receive more detailed instruction on new projects

Anticipated salary range: $78,500 - $112,100
