Director, Head of Organizational Effectiveness

The Director, Head of Organizational Effectiveness plays a key role and will be instrumental in facilitating sustainable change in our organizational working practices by taking accountability for the build, deployment and embedding of organization design frameworks and initiatives. In addition they will establish and own the standard reporting structure and analytics framework used by key stakeholders - primarily HR Business Partners and the HRLT - and play a leadership role in analyzing organizational data to provide insights and action plans to address performance issues.

What You’ll Do

Lead the design, development, and implementation of organizational processes, to include organizational design, strategic & annual workforce planning, and other workforce-related processes (e.g., reorganizations, promotions, job changes, terminations); act as the process owner for these processes

Develop and oversee the HR Policy and Process framework, including planning, reviews and governance, to optimize organizational effectiveness and compliance

Act as a change agent, driving awareness and understanding of organizational effectiveness concepts and principles throughout the organization.

Provide coaching, guidance, and support to HR Business Partners, People Advisors and the broader Account Management Team and Business Leaders as required on organization effectiveness best practices and strategies

Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the efficacy of organizational effectiveness programs and initiatives, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

Conduct assessments of people-related organizational data to identify IRM strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement, leveraging AI or other emerging technologies where possible.

Work across HR teams to ensure action plans are in place to address organizational performance issues, leveraging AI and other emerging technologies where possible.

Create and implement standard reporting and analytics framework for key stakeholders - staying abreast of external and internal insights to continuously improve

What You’ll Need

A solid grasp of reporting and analytics frameworks, coupled with the ability to create and produce impactful reporting outputs in a meaningful and connected way that brings value to key stakeholders

Proven track record of leading and implementing organizational effectiveness initiatives in a complex and dynamic environment

Be a positive disruptor, comfortable positively questioning the “why” and the “how” to ensure we are bringing maximum value to our customers

Must have strong grounding in driving company growth by delivering customer and market value

Strong sense of urgency and results orientation

Growth mindset, open to new ways of working and experience of bringing teams/groups together

Strong understanding of organizational development theories and methodologies inc. organizational design, culture change and performance management

Extensive change management experience of leading and driving organizational changes through

Ability to thrive in a fast paced dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, navigate ambiguity and effectively management multiple pieces of work and stakeholders simultaneously
