The MedTech IBP Re-Ignite program's objective is to drive IBP to be the key decision-making process for the business by driving cross-functional ownership, enabling IBP as the baseline for financial planning, embedding inventory-focus, and integrating gross profit visibility. This role is also responsible to drive the standardization and automation of IBP forums across MedTech.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the IBP Re-Ignite program, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall strategic goals and the close-loop MedTech operating model.
Drive IBP ownership across Commercial, Commercial Finance, and Supply Chain. Champion change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of the re-engineered IBP process.
Collaborate with finance to establish IBP as the baseline for financial planning (business plan / latest thinkings) to drive simplification and transparency in IBP
Drive initiatives with MedTech business units to deliver key business metrics including revenue, gross profit, cash, service, and IBP performance.
Define best practices for implementing IBP and ensure these practices are adopted across the organization.
Identify IBP automation opportunities ensuring streamlined execution across all forums. Collaborate with digital teams to implement tools and technologies that enhance IBP capabilities and reporting in conjunction with SigniFi.
Develop and deploy training programs to enhance workforce IBP capabilities.
Complete annual maturity assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of the IBP process and prioritize continuous improvement efforts.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Required:
Minimum of ten (10) years of related experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Minimum of six (6) years experience in supply chain planning and Integrated Business Planning (or Sales & Operations Planning).
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning with deep understanding of Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
Experience leading/facilitating IBP forums especially Demand Review (DR) and/or Management Business Review (MBR) / Executive forums.
Cross-functional change management experience across multiple levels
Consistent track record of influencing / collaboration with commercial and finance
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to inform decision-making with advanced financial understanding
Experience developing and deploying digital tools, in collaboration with digital teams, to enhance and streamline business processes
Project management experience

OTHER:
- Travel Requirements: This position may require an average of 10 – 25% travel domestically and internationally.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is 142,000 to 244,950.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
