Responsibilities:The Director of Analytics and Reporting is responsible for leading data analytics and reporting, and providing management visibility into data-driven insights that inform the business’s strategic direction and KPI’s. In this role, the Director oversees the management, development, and integration of data analytics and business intelligence necessary to support the mission, vision strategies, objectives, and goals of business.

The Director works closely with departmental heads and executives in an effort to guarantee the delivery of high-quality execution of a diverse array of project deliverables with an emphasis on communicating to all stakeholders in a business friendly and user friendly way. This role partners with the Executive Director, Director of Program Services and Director of Operations in providing leadership to the CCP Team and Member Organizations across both our BH and LTSS Community Partner programs. The Director of Analytics and Reporting directly supervises the Senior Data Analyst and provides administrative oversight of Bay Cove and Vinfen personnel working on data analysis and reporting on behalf of CCP through Management Services Agreements.

This is an exempt position.

Essential Functions of Position:

•Advance the goals of the department and of the organization through effective leadership and communication.

•Oversee the extraction, manipulation, analysis and reporting of data.

•Oversee multiple resources and projects concurrently to ensure successful completion of analytic projects and reporting

•Develop familiarity in using CCP’s systems including its care coordination platform (eHana), a claims database (MedInsight) and other data systems as needed.

•Ensure that business needs of all stakeholders as related to data analysis and reporting are met.

•Drive required reporting for Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) and Member Organizations including audit reports, contract monitoring reports, productivity reports, and quality outcomes and performance metrics reports.

•Serve as a member of the CCP and LTSS Care Partners Quality Council

•All other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.

Knowledge and Skills:

•Effectual oversight of data analytics and reporting activities and deliverables

•Effective organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

•Strong problem solving skills with a track record of implementing new initiatives with successful outcomes

•Robust working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel

•Working knowledge of Power Query and Power BI

•Ability to identify opportunities and obstacles; develop effective, creative solutions

•Ability to triage/balance competing priorities

•Ability to make independent judgments and decisions

•Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills

•Ability to present ideas in a business-friendly and user-friendly language

•Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, including ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders including senior management

•Ability to think creatively and innovatively, take initiative, and follow through even in circumstances that are ambiguous

Qualifications:•BA/BS in Data Analytics, Data Management, Information Technology or related field preferred.

•Five years of experience working in Health Care, Human Services, Information Technology, or related field.

•Five years management / leadership experience.

•Experience with data analytics tools and business intelligence tools.

•Knowledge of best practices for analytics and optimization.
