Director of Finance

$130-150k + bonus

  • This award-winning engineering / professional services firm is looking for their hands-on, top financial person.

  • Reporting to firm partners, you will sit on the leadership team and will lead the firm accounting and budgeting, project accounting and tracking analysis, etc. Overseeing junior staff, you can also bring your mentoring and leaderships skills to the team. There are fewer than

  • The role is in MetroBoston, on the T. There is parking too.

  • Hybrid schedule. 3 days in office. Amazing culture. Creative environment.

    Requirements

REQUIRES:

  • At least 8+ yrs of accounting experience

  • Must have professional services industry experience. (Engineering, Architectural, Construction, etc)

  • Deltek, VantagePoint, Vision tools preferred.

  • Ability to work with and support a creative staff is a must too!!

To $150k base plus bonus and long term incentive.
