The Director of Student Services for Online Program is responsible for the development and implementation of student services protocols and procedures and the coordination of administrative support and retention services that support and enhance a national online MSW Program that enrolls 450+ students each semester throughout the USA Main functions include oversight of the student services functions; monitoring of student academic status; supervision of the OLP Student Services team; collaborating on the development and implementation of Professional Development seminars, and planning and participation in school-wide orientation and commencement activities. We are seeking an individual with strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills; the ability to multi-task, work independently, and be team-oriented; and comfort with the use of computer technology.
This is a 40 hour per week hybrid position that requires some night and weekend work that will be done virtually.
Required Skills
MSW and LICSW plus a minimum of 5-8 years of post-graduate experience in social work practice and supervision of MSW student interns.
