Sodexo Operations LLC District Manager 1 in Boston, Massachusetts
Sodexo is seeking a District Manager to oversee hospitality services for a portfolio of business within the Global & Strategic accounts team. This portfolio includes 7 locations in the US and 2 locations in Canada withaglobal partnership based in Paris.
This position is based in Boston Massachusetts but travel is expected between all sites to support clients and operations.
You will haveavery demanding client who requires high level food, catering and conference services.You will influence client food service based on market research and emerging food trends needed to support new and existing food concepts, food innovations and menus. Candidates having a marketing and culinary background is a plus.
Ideal candidate will havea proven District Manager level experience with strong strategic leadership, financial acumen, talent management, communication skills, and project management skills. An exceptional eye for detail and innovation in the Hospitality Industry is required. Strong team development skills, client relationship skills and proven successful Fee with budget guarantee management experience are musts. Experience managing, leading and working with Soft FM services is a plus. The position will offer the opportunitytogrow and learn FM services.
Responsible for successfully coordinating and directing all activities within the properties through subordinate managers, supervisors and frontline employees including financial performance, client retention, policy compliance, and employee training & development.
Demonstrated ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage workload. Works with clients and Executive Account Director in all matters relating to contract and account operations to establish and maintain a solid and mutually beneficial business relationship that ensures account retention.
This position will report to the Executive Account Director, residing on the leadership team of this Integrated Facilities Management account.
Travel up to 40% is required, including travel to Canada. #LI
Serves as the primary representative of Sodexo for multiple accounts in a designated geographic area. Works with each client and the Vice President in all matters relating to contract and account operations in order to establish and maintain a solid and mutually beneficial business relationship that ensures account retention. Develops a business plan and budget for the accounts with the General Manager's.
