Keurig Dr Pepper eCommerce Fraud Prevention Specialist in Boston, Massachusetts
The Fraud prevention specialist will join the B2C support services team and be responsible for minimizing eCommerce
fraud losses by reviewing and analyzing consumer orders, behaviours and interaction data. They will collaberate internally and externally, taking preventative measures to reduce fraud while ensuring a frictionless experience for our consumers.
They will work to educate agents to effectively utilize our process to deter these scenarios. The focus is to protect the KDP
brand from actions that result in revenue and inventory losses.
Essential Duties and Responsibilites:
Detect and investigate patterns of abnormal or suspicious behavior and fraud trends
Validate discounted and zero-dollar orders
Monitor challenged or blocked orders; make decisions to cancel or allow based on research results
Investigate and respond to chargebacks to maximize recovery of funds
Understand fraud management tools and methods and identify opportunities to enhance performance or make rules adjustments
Communicate with consumers, partners, or vendors to confirm and validate information
Create job aids and reference materials to help educate teams on preventative functionality and processes
Escalate complex or unusual cases to leadership and appropriate teams
Report on fraud activity sharing meaningful insights with key stakeholders
Responsible for maintaining SLAs while mitigating risk to the Company
Other duties as assigned
Associates Degree preferred or equivalent experience
2 plus years of experience in eCommerce focusing on operations or fraud prevention
Experience using Fraud monitoring software
Experience with Amazon or other eCommerce marketplaces
A complete understanding and commitment to emphasizing excellence in service is critical
Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
Effective understanding of order management, fraud and Customer Service systems and tools
Self-motivated, results-oriented and capable of working effectively individually and in a team environment
Computer experience using Microsoft Office suite or similar software. Intermediate or higher
