Change Healthcare Enrollment Analyst in Boston, Massachusetts

Overview of Position This position will be the Enrollment's consultant for implementation and migration customer as they go live with Revenue Cycle Management products. The Enrollment Analyst will work with providers and payers to complete their enrollment agreements and ensure a successful outcome of the project.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Host customer calls during the project life cycle

  • Process Claim/Remit documents

  • Payor follow-ups and website registrations

  • Claim/Remit authorization setups

  • Manage Payor authorization processing days

  • New Payor requests and form update

  • Submitter/Biller registration and record maintenance

    What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • 1-2 years customer service experience

  • 1+ years medical claim processing

  • 6 months of experience leading customer-facing projects

  • Associate's Degree or Equivalent experience

  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, v look ups and other formulas.

    What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • Strong communication

  • Organizational skills

  • Healthcare experience

  • Team player

  • Ability to deliver on time

    What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?

General office demands - remote from home.
