Miva Enterprise Account Executive in Boston, Massachusetts

With that in mind, we're expanding our sales team and are seeking to add multiple Enterprise Account Executives to our team.
These Enterprise Account Executives will be responsible for closing new business by qualifying prospects, gaining a full understanding of the customer?s e-commerce needs, enrolling decision makers and stakeholders, and driving the prospect though the sales cycle.

Develop a relationship of trust with customer influencers and decision makers within their territory and instill confidence that Miva has the capabilities to meet their needs
Become a Miva expert who can fully demonstrate the core features and functionality of Miva in a manner which educates and clearly demonstrates how Miva can solve customer problems
Showcase your e-commerce expertise by assessing the e-commerce needs of prospects and make appropriate recommendations for solutions including but not limited to; 3rd party applications and partners who provide shipping solutions, tax solutions, search, marketing, warehouse and/or inventory management solutions
Demonstrate options available to the customer for implementing their e-commerce platform which may include facilitating an engagement with Miva Professional Services or an outside Miva agency partner
Actively manage pipeline with the goal of advancing leads and opportunities through the sales cycle.
Continually evaluate leads and opportunities for validity, appropriate stage and close timeline while documenting in Salesforce
Rigorously follow-up on leads and closed deferred opportunities as needed to re-engage discussions and move forward with the sales cycle
Ensure proper deal hand-offs are established
Perform outbound calls as needed to hunt for new leads and as follow-up to existing leads and opportunities
5 - 7+ years prior sales experience in a ?closing? role
Experience selling enterprise SAAS software
E-commerce industry experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or sales preferred
Ability to collaborate with and motivate multiple groups toward accomplishing a task
Strong verbal, presentation, written, and organizational skills with a passion for winning
Charismatic and energetic self-starting personality
Must be willing to travel: typically 20-30% (post-covid)
