Robert Half ERP/CRM Consultant in Boston, Massachusetts
Description We are offering an opportunity for an ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team, based in Boston, Massachusetts. The role is positioned within the CPA industry, wherein the selected candidate will be dealing with diverse tasks such as attending product team meetings, maintaining Workday updates, setting performance goals, and collaborating with the Workday Performance Team. This role is a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Workday Performance Team to implement strategic solutions
• Attend product team meetings to stay updated with ongoing projects and sprints
• Utilize JIRA for managing different deliverables and proof of concepts
• Ensure accurate and timely updates in Workday
• Set performance goals and conduct reviews to maintain progress
• Handle tasks related to EIBs load performance goals, employee updates, and update access for coordinators
• Undertake potential assessment form and reporting changes
• Manage data loads and HIPP reporting
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements and set up test scenarios
• Utilize various tech environments such as Slack, SharePoint, Trello, and ServiceNow Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an ERP/CRM Consultant or in a similar role within a CPA firm or related industry.
• Demonstrable expertise in Client Side Scripting.
• Proficient understanding of Cloud Technologies.
• Extensive experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
• Solid knowledge in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft software and tools.
• Proven experience in AB Testing.
• Skilled in API (Application Programming Interface) Development.
• Strong knowledge of Business Process Functions.
• Experience in creating and managing Business Requirement Documents.
