We’re seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO and Chief of Staff based in our company headquarters in Boston. The individual will support the office of the CEO, Chief of Staff and other members of the Leadership Team.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, drafting correspondence, and meeting coordination.
Effectively prioritize the needs of the Executive office, manage competing requests and negotiate prioritization of administrative activities.
Participation in ad-hoc special projects, screening calls and meeting requests.
Arrange travel proactively considering destination events to ensure on-time arrival.
Manage CEO’s time and bandwidth by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating communications.
Manage incoming correspondence and prioritize competing requests; filter through requests independently and follow through on behalf of CEO and Chief of Staff, as needed
Proactively manage the support team’s time and work prioritization to most effectively meet the needs of the Executive office
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years of related experience supporting C-level executives
Possesses sound judgment and ability to reach decisions independently; focused on understanding the bigger picture
Strong independent and critical thinking and analytical skills needed to look across a variety of complex issues and ability to drive them forward
Adapts well to changing plans and priorities; comfortable dealing with ambiguity
Maintains strict confidentiality standards; absolute discretion and appropriate handling of highly sensitive information
Works well independently with minimal guidance, as well as part of a collaborative team and assume additional responsibilities as require
