A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Finance Manager in Boston, Massachusetts (MA).Summary:The client is an asset management company, this an opportunity to work for a great company with extremely smart and talented employees. This role will work in a hybrid schedule, 3 days a week in office and 2 days remote.Responsibilities include:

• Perform capital calls

• Finance Manager is responsible for distributions and reconciliations

• Responsible for carry, vesting, and profit/loss allocations

• Perform market value reporting

• Finance Manager will prepare tax estimates, books, and reporting

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; Master's degree is preferred

• CPA certification

• 7-10 years of accounting experience in financial services

• Understanding of investments and partnerships

• Experience managing direct reports

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Strong interpersonal skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
