Description
Duties & Responsibilities
Keep organized records of vehicles, schedules, and completed orders
Keep tracking logs of all rentals and control dispatching rentals
Pulling PO's and entering this information into coins on a weekly basis
Dispatching in coins
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Coordinate driver schedules to optimize fleet usage
Position Requirements
Qualifications
Proven work experience as a Fleet or Transportation Coordinator or similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of fleet management and transportation laws
Good understanding of safety regulations and servicing
Ability to work well under pressure
Excellent communication skills
Calm and effective communicator
Proficiency in Microsoft office and Microsoft Excel – specifically pivot tables
