Job Overview Senior Quality Assurance Specialist The Senior Quality Assurance Specialist will be a team member on a cross-functional team responsible for Quality Compliance and Identity Preserved Certifications. They will drive compliance toward KDP standards as well as Federal, State, and local regulations through project management, auditing, and collaboration. The Sr Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for monitoring the KDP water testing program, government registrations and permits, and contributing to the chemicals of concern working group. Location: This is a full time remote position, however, there will be some travel required (roughly 15%). Desired locations include Williston, VT; Burlington, MA and Frisco, TX however this person may sit anywhere in the US. What you will do: + Monitor changes to federal, state, and local regulations as they impact KDP products and processes; identify issues and recommend solutions. + Responsible for maintaining FDA Bioterrorism Registrations, CFIA Licenses, and other regulatory numbers and portals. + Support Chemicals of Concern Working Group and Chemicals of Concern initiatives at KDP. + Monitor and execute the KDP Water Testing Program across all manufacturing sites and co-packers. + Drive site compliance to Corporate Standards and Programs. + Complete Regulatory & Compliance review of product labels and packaging for new and existing products. + Effectively communicate across the organization with all executive levels and operational management on compliance status. + Support Customer Requests through Technical Services.
