In strong collaboration with the global enablement team, this candidate will partner to design and deliver best in class learning experiences for our global AEs and their leaders. The ideal candidate understands the sales craft, what it takes to be successful, and is passionate about accelerating the success of others. A successful candidate will have relentless curiosity and possess a passion for creating enablement programs to support global sellers needs at scale. This candidate is a highly motivated and energized professional who will use their own sales experience to connect and engage with new sellers through various learning modalities. What you’ll be doing:

  • Responsible for the design and delivery of global AE focused enablement programs including continuous learning, skill development, GTM and large-scale global business initiatives.

  • Partner with the enablement content teams, L&D, and cross functional key global sales partners to create and deliver new learning assets to address AE specific training needs, while enhancing existing programs.

  • Lead train the trainer (TTT) activities and reinforcement programs for regional enablement facilitators.

  • Builds trust and credibility with Sales Leadership, Regional Enablement, and Global Enablement.

  • Enablement to deliver high quality, impactful learning experiences that drive engagement, learning, and performance.

  • Serve as an AE domain expert for the L&D team as part of design and development activities for all behaviour change enablement materials.

  • Develops and delivers metrics-focused programs. Measuring, monitoring, and communicating impact of enablement against specific business critical metrics.

  • Regularly spend time in the field with managers and AEs to understand the “field reality” and build sales enablement deliverables to meet their needs.

Who we’re looking for:

  • 8+ years experience in sales and/or sales enablement roles with demonstrated application of customer centric and value based selling approaches

  • Leads with strong sense of how sales professionals think, operate, learn and apply training

  • Excellent presentation and delivery skills with prior facilitation and sales training experience with the ability to represent complex concepts

  • Knowledge of leadership and coaching frameworks used by sales leaders to inspire their teams and improve performance

  • Demonstrated leadership in delivering results with global large-scale, cross functional teams

  • A passion for learning, with energy and enthusiasm to motivate and engage others

  • Strong stakeholder management and cross functional collaboration experience

  • A willingness to interact frequently with multiple global stakeholders

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

The location for this role is either San Francisco, Seattle or US Remote.

For Colorado-based roles: Minimum annual salary of $104,000. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits.
