For Ostomy, we're looking for a Global Finance Business Partner to support Marketing, New Projects, Data Analytics, Ad-hoc projects, Supporting SET and COGS, and the Pricing COE Business Partner.

Primary Responsibilities

• Partner with VP Marketing: Giving financial planning advice, supporting with decision material, recommendations and ad hoc projects.

• Financial support of global market intelligence (market size, market share, segments etc.)

• Lead and own Business cases for new products and strategic projects

• Own the budget framework for Ostomy Care, defining templates for regions etc.

• Working with FP&A COE team for monthly reviews. The reviews will cover Risk and Opportunities, Commercial productivity, Allocations etc to manage the P&L for Ostomy globally

• Finance lead on yearly strategic forecasting and tracking projection, ensuring connection with budget and business cases

• Own strategic projects framework (WAVE) for Ostomy Care and FMS

• Work with Supply chain on forecasting non standard costs and look at opportunities on COGS management within the overall Ostomy and FMS portfolio

• Cash forecasting with taking inputs from different regions and functions to enable Ostomy meet its cash flow requirements

• Pricing business partner for global insights and action for Convatec

About You

• Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance with 15+ years of experience

• Excellence in Networking and Communication

• Great Story teller

• Adapt at Data and Analytics – Ability to craft key messages through use of data

• Ability to work on different systems i.e. Power BI, Hyperion, SAP, excel

• Can work with Shared Teams

• Execution Excellence
