Boston University GRADUATION ADVISOR, College of Arts & Sciences, Student Life in BOSTON, Massachusetts
The Graduation Advisor will advise students (primarily juniors and seniors) on their graduation requirements and options for completing their academic goals. This is achieved through written communication, updating individual student records in degree audit software, and advising meetings. This position will maintain strong professional relationships with academic departments and programs across the College and University to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent information about degree requirements. Will serve as a general resource and assist with advising issues for all College of Arts and Sciences students.
A cover letter is required for consideration.
Bachelor's degree and five years of experience required.
Master's degree preferred.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are necessary to balance the advising and administrative nature of the position.
