Randstad is working with a nonprofit cultural arts organization looking for guest relations specialists to join their team for the next month. This temporary, full time and fully onsite role will be working closely with guests, visitors, and staff by providing expert customer service in a guest facing role.

The ideal candidate has a passion for creativity and connecting with people and prior experience working in a customer service role. salary: $17 - $19 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: High` School

Responsibilities

• Providing elevated customer service

• Answering all general questions and concerns of visitors

• Provide directions to different areas of the building

• Redirect individuals to the correct department

• Greet visitors and collect tickets upon arrival

• Additional support where needed in department

• Covid vaccination required

• Variety of shifts available

The essential functions of this role include:

• standing for 8 hours at one time

• working weekends
