In this position...

We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Group Product Manager at Ford Credit to spearhead the development and management of digital loyalty offerings and premium experiences that deliver unparalleled benefits to our customers. You will play a pivotal role in partnering with Ford to create innovative solutions that elevate customer engagement and drive brand loyalty across mobile app and digital products.

What you'll do...

  • Drive a vision and develop product roadmaps, while delivering high-quality and impactful launches that leverage our offerings to drive engagement and loyalty

  • Establish and manage partnerships and integrations with new product offerings to align marketing and ensure seamless customer experiences across organizations.

  • Partner closely with Engineering, UX, and other cross-functional teams to create, drive, and deliver an innovative, compelling, and user-friendly experience to our customers

  • Manage outbound experiences, including email, push, and SMS, to ensure a cohesive and engaging customer experience that drives loyalty and engagement.

  • Foster a closer partnership with Ford to align loyalty programs and premium experiences, creating synergies that deliver maximum value to our customers.

  • Inspire and grow a team of product managers and collaborate with a dedicated team of engineers to drive the development and delivery of loyalty-based products and services.

  • Unlock roadblocks at all levels and cultivate collaboration with senior product leaders across Ford Credit through leadership, creativity, intelligence, and presence.

  • Develop and grow the team through effective mentoring, coaching, employee development, and retention strategies to foster a high-performing and innovative product management team.

  • Lead product consistency across channels to ensure a seamless and intuitive customer experience.

  • Evaluate market trends and new capabilities to keep Ford Credit competitive, recommending innovative solutions to enhance customer loyalty and engagement.

You'll have...

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • 8+ years of experience in product management and marketing, with a focus on loyalty programs, customer engagement, and leveraging digital platforms to drive benefits.

  • Proven track record of successfully leading product teams and delivering innovative products to market, particularly in the automotive industry.

  • Strong understanding of loyalty-based management principles, customer experience design, and product marketing methodologies, with a specific emphasis on utilizing digital platforms like Ford Pass and managing outbound communications.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams and external partners.

  • Experience in leveraging Salesforce CRM for customer and prospect data analysis, segmentation, and targeting to support marketing strategies.

  • Ability to collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align Salesforce data and processes with marketing initiatives, ensuring a cohesive customer experience.

  • Comfort with working in a Salesforce environment and effectively communicating with cross-functional teams to leverage Salesforce data for marketing purposes.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to change and drive results.

  • Strong emphasis on leveraging data-driven strategies to optimize customer engagement and product prioritization.
