State of Massachusetts Highway Administrator's Co-op Spring 2025 in Boston, Massachusetts

Duties and Responsibilities: * Research ongoing projects and initiatives. * Assist and support the Highway Chief Administrator Officer and Deputy Chief Administrative Officer on assigned projects. * Attend project meetings and record meeting summaries. * Assist with the tracking and inspection of deliverables. * Confer with staff in order to exchange information, coordinate efforts, and obtain information concerning projects and activities. * Conduct project and policy research and field investigations. * Develop findings and reports related to specific activities and issues. * Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the project team Preferred Qualifications: * Must be a flexible and adaptable team-player, as well as have strong communication and organizational skills * Computer proficiency, including the ability to develop and analyze spreadsheets, databases, and reports. * Applicants must be highly organized to meet the priorities of this office for accuracy and meeting deadlines. * Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office is preferred. * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities.
