ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Maintains all cleaning supplies and equipment. Washes windows Maintains compliance with the regulations of the Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA). Receives and follows cleaning schedule/instructions from the supervisor and/or as outlined in the established housekeeping policy and procedures / agency cleaning standards. Ensures that all program participants rights to fair and equitable treatment, self- determination, individuality, privacy, property and civil rights including the rights to wage complaints, are followed. Other related duties as may become necessary or as directed by the supervisor. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Ability to follow detailed work schedule Requires acceptable results of CORI check according to Goodwill policy and requirements Must be flexible and able to work as part of a team, willing to work hours/shifts of the industry PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to understand how to properly clean sensitive materials such as wood without damaging them.
