Robert Half HR Director in Boston, Massachusetts

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a HR Director to join our team. This position is based in Boston, Massachusetts, United States. As a HR Director, you will handle a vast range of tasks including managing employee performance, overseeing HR operations, and maintaining a positive work environment. This role plays a significant part in implementing HR standards and procedures and managing HR-related inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the hiring process of new employees, ensuring efficient recruitment and staffing

• Develop and maintain a positive work environment and manage employee relationships

• Manage performance reviews and drive training development for employees

• Ensure adherence to HR standards and procedures across the company and its affiliates

• Handle HR compliance, compensation, and benefits matters

• Administer HR systems and resolve any HR-related inquiries effectively

• Prepare and analyze HR reports to support decision-making

• Effectively manage employee retention strategies

• Prepare and manage the staffing budget

• Utilize the Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATS) for various HR functions and maintain effective communication with the C-Suite. Requirements • Proven experience in a leadership role within a Human Resources department

• Proficiency in ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Extensive knowledge of Benefit Functions within an organization

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience in ensuring Compliance within the HR department and organization as a whole

• Ability to effectively liaise with C-Suite executives and present HR metrics and initiatives

• Strong background in managing Employee Relations and resolving conflicts

• Familiarity with labor laws and employment legislation

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Professional certification in HR (such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) is preferred

• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals

• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to balance the needs of employees with the needs of the organization

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of an organization

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Proficient in HR technology and computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.
