CRJ Human Resouces Coodinator in Boston, Massachusetts

The Human Resouces Coodinator will oversee all receptionist duties and perform a range of duties including administrative support to the Director of Facilities and HR.

The Human Resouces Coodinator Duties/Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Department, hiring managers, applicants and outside agencies in support of our business’s hiring needs.

  • Screen and refer applicants to senior recruiter or hiring personnel in the organization..

  • Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, interviews, consideration, and selection.

  • Verify employment and education. Conduct reference and background checks on applicants..

  • Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, and benefits,

  • Assist Senior Recruiter with employment ads, offer letters, and collection of missing documents and information.

Facilities:

  • Provide support to field Maintenance Technicians

  • Maintain Facilities Management Database

  • Maintain Capital Tracker

  • Track Non-Capital Invoices.

Office & HR:

  • Support with Open Enrollment and data entry of employee Benefits Elections

  • Provide excellent customer service to employees with payroll, benefits and other HR questions

  • Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.

  • Ensure the front desk is neat and presentable.

  • Oversee the office budget and ensure that the office is equipped with all the necessary supplies.

  • Answer phone calls and redirect phone calls to appropriate department, note taking during meetings

  • Maintain records and files, assist with other projects and other responsibilities as needed.

Reporting/Records

  • Maintain and create new employee files and pull terminated file.

  • Research and compile survey data and complete outside compensation survey and benefit requests.

  • Research and compile employment regulations and requirements for the states in which the organization might expand into. Compare Ma requirements/CRJ Current policies/procedures and CRJ’s employee handbook.

The Human Resouces Coodinator Requirements:

  • 2-4 Year College Degree

  • Minimum of 2 Years’ proven experience in a similar role

  • Good understanding of office administration

  • Superb written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Programs

  • SHRM Certified preferred.
