Industrialization Manager:
Support the development and implementation of the manufacturing and assembly processes for railway carborne and wayside signaling systems equipment.
Participate in ECN ( engineering change notice ) process to ensure that any change are effectively implemented in the manufacturing/ assembly process
Determine and validate resource allocation necessary to ensure production achieves necessary output to adhere to project delivery schedule
Support continuous improvement and implementation of best practices in various manufacturing processes
Provide reports and KPIs on production process, including escalation of bottlenecks and other roadblocks that would endanger output and delivery schedule
Ensure that all processes and finished products adhere to the applicable manufacturing standards such as IPC / WHMA-A-620 for cable harness manufacturing, and AWS for metal fabricated components
Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Electronics on a in a similar engineering discipline
Experience in a similar industrialization role in an electrical / electro-mechanical / industrial electronics products engineering and manufacturing environment
Ability to read and understand manufacturing drawings including electrical diagrams, metal fabrication drawings, and product assembly drawings
Background in quality engineering, quality control, product quality standards, maintaining product and process compliance with required regulations ( ISO, AS9100/13100, OSHA)
Strong knowledge of lean production principles, material flow optimization and continuous improvement processes
