Learn more at www.verint.com. Overview of Job Function: We are seeking a motivated, sharp, ambitious, and passionate intern to join the Global Operations Business Process Optimization team at Verint. The intern program provides a challenging work experience to take on important tasks including several networking and social opportunities with various business partners and intern peers. Our goal is to provide the intern with exposure to potential career opportunities within Verint while leading projects that are critical to a function or business unit. Our interns are encouraged to bring fresh ideas to the table and are quickly entrusted with foundational responsibilities. Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities: + Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings. + Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings. + Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project. + Deliver end of week status summaries with achievements, watch points, and next steps documented for the team. + Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings. + Providing administrative support as needed. + Developing, managing, and tracking Operations projects, from start to implementation and supporting transition. + Gathering required data and updating Power BI Dashboards for various Ops Programs + Forecasting, managing, tracking, and reporting project progress, issues, budget, and scope changes to achieve successful project completion, on-time, and within budget. Minimum Requirements: + Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Software Development, Engineering Technology. + Strong documentation skills to capture the key details of each working session, extract action items and deliverables, maintain tracking of all action items and deliverables and ensure they are completed on time in a cross functional team. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Creative problem-solving skills. + The desire to work in a fast-paced challenging environment. + A willingness to grow and learn new technologies. + The ability to work in a collaborative team atmosphere. + A highly self-driven sense of motivation.
