Job Description:

Job Role and Responsibility:

The Technical Support is seeking a motivated individual to join our customer support team. As a member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to customers. The ideal candidate is forward thinking, passionate, and excited to be create a positive impact within the team and for customers.

You will:

  • Investigate and remediate customer issues through the company’s customer support software

  • Generate solutions when providing unparalleled customer experiences

  • Innovate solutions by working closely with technical support team members

  • Add to our Knowledge Base with content rich articles and information

Required Skills:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science

  • Motivated self-learner with the passion and follow through to acquire new skills

  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to multi-task and navigate through challenges

  • Ability to exercise creative thinking and problem resolution skills

  • Customer focus and dedication to customer satisfaction

  • Strong initiative, self-motivation, and ability to complete tasks on-time and as committed

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

  • Ability to maintain calm demeanor under customer pressures
