What will you do?

As the IT Business Relationship Partner - CCG, you will align Business and Information Technology (IT) strategies and priorities, plan technology projects and programs, enhance business value, and deliver technology solutions and services to achieve the desired business outcomes. You will work closely with the business to gain in-depth understanding of business strategy, processes, services, roadmaps and the context in which the business operates. You will also provide mentorship to the business regarding vendors and technical trends and analyze the total impact on the organization when making or facilitating project or program decisions. This role is key to understanding and detailing the capabilities needed to address business challenges.

  • Coordinates strategic and operational initiatives requiring IT enablement for the business for a varied ecosystem including ERP, Automation, CRM, Data Analytics and Web Environments.

  • Understands and balances needs and expectations of multiple partners

  • Works with multi-functional teams to implement the businesses' strategic and key initiatives

  • Participates in design meetings with business and technical team members, approves project timelines, work plans and ensures initiatives are completed within established timelines and within budget while effectively demonstrating multi-team engagement.

  • Identifies innovative technical and process solutions that drive the desired performance in cost, quality, compliance, customer service and revenue

  • Handles changes in priorities, funding, scope, and timing to maintain alignment between business expectations and IT Department plans and budgets

  • Generates ideas for improving IT operations and organization

  • Establishes operational objectives and assists in developing, modifying, and executing company policies

  • Provides mentorship to staff to achieve tactical and strategic business goals

  • Collaborates with key multi-functional leaders to handle the lifecycle of assigned applications and/or tools

  • Develops and presents compelling business justification for required funding tied to strategic goals

  • Identifies key performance metrics by collaborating with customers, colleagues, and other functional teams; uses key metric indicators to improve business processes and drive continuous improvement.

How you will get here:


  • Bachelor's degree in an IT related field, or equivalent experience

  • A proven ability as an IT business analyst or project coordinator, preferably within a Health and Life Sciences or commercial / distribution industry

  • Demonstrated ability with a broad range of ecosystems including ERP systems, such as Oracle or SAP,, Automation, Data Analytics and Web environments.

  • 3-5 years of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced work environment

  • Proven track record of collaborating with business partners to drive consensus

  • Familiarity with project delivery concepts and methodologies

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills required to partner with multiple organizations.

  • Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills, that can balance and prioritize numerous tasks within a collaborative team environment

  • Ability to align business roadmaps and coordinate resources for key projects and critical initiatives

  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization

  • Solid grasp of commercial/distribution business environment

  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical partners

  • Customer-centric behaviors with the ability to build strategic customer relationships, both internally and externally, national and internationally

  • Ability to sort through ambiguity to define comprehensive strategies and solution approaches

  • Outstanding ability to lead change using positive and collaborative methods

  • Prior functional experience or exposure to a broad range of ecosystems including, but not limited to ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP,, Automation, Data Analytics and Web environments.

  • Ability to travel occasionally (20%)
