What you’ll do
Lead the wing-to-wing delivery of the IT changes related to site implementations from discovery, scoping, planning, through to delivery, and handover to run support
Partner with internal technical teams and vendors to define the site requirements for each track: facilities, network, applications, client technologies, facilities security, hosting and business change
Ensure all site implementation tracks are aligned on the key project phases and any interdependencies between them are clearly understood, tracked, and proactively managed
Own the master project plan, which links all the key delivery tracks at an appropriate level
Manage project RAID with effective operating mechanisms to resolve / mitigate and communicate through executive leadership
Accountable for overall project delivery to quality, scope, time and budget KPIs
Escalation point for managing external vendors as required
Ensure pre-defined project management processes and practices are followed. Drive simplification and improvement as necessary
Support execution teams with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies. Partner with technical and functional teams external to the project to ensure their tasks are completed as required
Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting
Ensure quality of deliverables is verified and matching stakeholder expectations
Track project outcomes realization and customer satisfaction levels through established metrics against service level. Ensure lessons learned are collected
Who you are
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or Engineering
A minimum of 12 years of professional experience

Desired Characteristics:
Experience leading the IT infrastructure delivery for a new site (greenfield and brownfield)
PMP, ScrumMaster or related Project Management certifications
Proficiency with Aha!, JIRA, Microsoft Project Plan, Teams
Strong team player – collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources
Deep experience of leading global teams, with wide virtual component
Demonstrated customer focus – evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer, builds strong customer relationships, creates processes with customer viewpoint and partners with customers to help shape their future initiatives
Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills - communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information / data to make decisions, anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve, creates actionable strategies and operational plans
Strong change agent – actively generates process improvements, champions and drives change initiatives, confronts difficult circumstances in creative ways, balances multiple and competing priorities and executes accordingly
