Kforce has a client in need of an IT Project Specialist in Boston, MA. The IT Project Specialist will be supporting and enhancing solution set for back office and customer facing support systems.Responsibilities:

• Cloud-based solution implementation and production support

• Process mapping

• IT Project Specialist will drive innovation and production support efficiencies

• Implements processes, procedures, and effective security monitoring for proactive identification and resolution of potential issues

• Responsible in building skills and knowledge as a Subject Matter Expert for time and labor management solutions; Lead implementation and production support activities

• Subject Matter Expert in managing customers quality management processes

• As an IT Project Specialist, you will maintain IT-based company documentation and production support procedures

• Bachelor's degree required

• Functional skills with business and finance applications and being able to manage multiple project activities simultaneously

• Demonstrated skills in working with cloud-based solutions, MS 365 environment, Azure infrastructure, and various business support applications

• Experience with cloud- based business applications

• Proficient with data modeling and data relationships in system design, reporting, and integration development

• Must have extensive knowledge of computer hardware and software, including PCs, laptops, Windows Operating Systems, and Office 365

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
