Description:
Actively monitor Certified Payroll Records on a weekly basis and review subcontractors submissions into our clients Labor Compliance platform (LCPtracker).
Review each Certified Payroll Reports in LCPtracker (including lower-tier subs), confirm all required documentation received, issue notification to subcontractors regarding deficiencies, alert field teams of subs non-compliance, and make recommendations for withholding payment.
Manage the subcontractor setup process in clients labor compliance platform.
Issue welcome packets to subs outlining compliance requirements, add subs to LCPtracker, assign subs to Project in LCPtracker, & ensure all major scope subcontractors have been assigned to Projects under Construction.
Assist team with drafting the site-specific Project Determination Summaries.
Identify wage tables that need to be created or updated in LCPtracker, coordinate the creation of wage tables in LCP with team, and assign wage tables to Projects.
Assist with adding new users to LCPtracker.
Oversee clients Labor Compliance general email inbox, including responding to subcontractor inquiries, and screening/assigning emails to the various team members as needed.
Act as liaison between 3rd party consultants, subcontractors, and clients Labor Compliance Team.
Maintain a subcontractor compliancy log for each Project to track labor compliance, to be used by the Project Managers to determine eligibility for invoice approvals.
Resolve certified payroll reporting inquiries from internal and external clients.
Assist with external certified payroll audits and other 3rd party requests.
Attend compliance meetings and trainings specialized in IRA Bill compliance, DOL payroll training, and apprenticeship requirements.
Understand clients contractual obligations to effectively audit incoming certified payroll documents.
Provide monthly compliance summary for each Project, to be used by Labor Compliance Administrator for validation of 3rd party consultant invoices prior to invoice approval

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years of LCPtracker experience, preferably as a “Prime Contractor Administrator” or similar.
2+ years reviewing certified payroll and managing prevailing wage compliance processes.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00
