The Role

The Main Responsibilities The Lead Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for performing rigorous business analysis supporting Lumen's Accelerated Growth Team (AGT) across all Enterprise Segments. This individual will work on ad hoc projects both within AGT and in collaboration with partner organizations across the company

• Perform complex analyses that drive customer retention, operational efficiency, and revenue growth

• Ad hoc data analysis and modeling

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

What We Look For in a Candidate

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or a related area

• Strong data skills a must i.e. SQL, Tableau, Python, Power BI

• Significant knowledge and experience with business analysis

• Strong analytical & communication skills

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges

$103,711.00 - $138,281.00 in these states: AL AR AZ FL GA IA ID IN KS KY LA ME MO MS MT ND NE NM OH OK PA SC SD TN UT VT WI WV WY

$108,896.00 - $145,195.00 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI

$114,082.00 - $152,109.00 in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA
