Job Description

The Cleaning Service Worker Lead steam cleans food contact equipment & non food contact equipment in Concessions and Premium location 20 hours each to meet customer and client satisfaction. This person is responsible for leading and coordinating the cleaning crew, including setting priorities, and controlling inventory. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the work of the daily cleaning crew (5).

• Ensure all designated areas are thoroughly cleaned.

• Ensure all equipment is used and stored as necessary.

• Ensure regular checks of equipment and report any deficiencies.

• Check equipment is safe and working.

• Carry out deep cleaning tasks as the need arises.

• Use of site steam cleaner daily

• Follow the Health and Safety Regulations and Fire Policy.

• Report hazards to Management.

• Maintain component hygiene standards.

• Follow company or component policy in taking care of customer comments or complaints.

• Participate in chemical training to improve your standard of performance.

• Suggest areas of improvement and take any corrective action, as required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in a similar role

• Ability to exercise considerable judgment based on previous experience to solve problems

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Act as an informal resource for those with less experience

• Courteous manner

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
