The Role
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing and managing the customer's implementation to meet scope, timing and budget expectations and overall project outcomes. This role participates in and leads the completion of complex solutions to meet customer needs and is engaged according to PMO criteria and standards.
Location and Schedule
This is a Work From Home position in the United States.
The Main Responsibilities
Partner with various LUMEN Project Management, Network Implementation (NI), Construction, Field Operations Teams to contributing to the planning, organization and implementation of non-productive dispatch solutions for Field Operations work activity.
Works with field leaders at all levels to identify opportunities for education, coaching and improved processes and tools.
Support regional field operations in the implementation of end-to-end processes inclusive of hands-on introduction, feedback, training development and Field compliance.
Coordinate with supporting teams including, NI, Construction, Operations, Fiber Success Teams, etc., and others to ensure end-to-end process support.
Plan, organize, and manage projects/work activities to attain objectives, deliver on schedule and on budget.
Translates opportunities into meaningful programs; executes in a complex, matrixed environment.
Designs and delivers effective and innovative communication in multiple methods including creating videos, presentations and other communications leveraging the Microsoft suite.
What We Look For in a Candidate
Minimum:
Bachelor’s or equivalent and 3+ years related experience
Implementation experience within Telecommunications Field Operations
Demonstrate self-motivation, the ability to act in a self-directed manner, with a sense of urgency and desire to contribute to the growth of the company.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and clients in parallel in a time sensitive environment
Ability to communicate effectively, strong customer communication skills are a requirement
Ability to deal with remote client relations through phone, email and online sources in order to enhance the partner experience
Demonstrated ability to use and apply business acumen, working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Product, Operations and Support
Demonstrates positive outlook, growth mindset, customer obsession (external & internal), and openness to diverse perspectives.
Preferred:
CAPM or PMP Certification, 4+ years in Project Management Experience
Operations Field Experience with copper and fiber services.
Compensation
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
Location Based Pay Ranges
$82,969 - $110,625 in these states: AL AR AZ FL GA IA ID IN KS KY LA ME MO MS MT ND NE NM OH OK PA SC SD TN UT VT WI WV WY
$87,117 - $116,156 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI
$91,266 - $121,688 in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA
