    Job Title: Learning & Development Coordinator

    Function : Central Functions - People and Culture

    Location : Boston Home Office or Primark US Store

    Job Type: Full Time Regular

    Reports To: Head of Learning & Development, US

    Travel (%):10%

    Overall Purpose of Job: Acts as team administrator, supporting the day-to-day operations of our US Learning Development initiatives

    Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Communicate to stores regarding Retail Management Inductions

  • Upload, track, and follow up as needed with Retail Management Inductions across all stores within established process

  • Communicate with candidates and Workspace & Travel Coordinator for Retail Management Induction travel bookings

  • Support with Induction planning and coordination for Home Office level roles

  • Communicate with Home Office hires regarding onboarding materials and Induction Plans

  • Administer surveys, analyze data, and communicate to key stakeholders

  • Complete assigned reporting in a timely and accurate manner

  • Act as Digital Learning Platform US Superuser by troubleshooting basic system questions and advising when it should be escalated to people systems

  • Act as Digital Learning Platform US administrator including setting up training, administering sessions, and setting up stakeholders as facilitators

  • Develop and revise E-learning content as required

  • Support supplier setup and coordination of invoice payments

  • Raise and manage Purchase Orders

  • Makes recommendations to improve administrative systems and processes

  • Work within established process guidelines to ensure best practices are being followed and offer feedback for areas of opportunity for improvement

    Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience (Minimum requirements):

  • 1-2 years of administration experience, preferably in an HR environment

  • Experience coordinating activities, resources, and information

  • Ability to compile information into accurate reports

  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to create moderately complex reports and trackers from scratch

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented attitude

  • High attention to detail

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or related major preferred

    People ManagementResponsibility: This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities

    Budget responsibility: This position is responsible for raising and managing POs, reconciling and processing invoices, and supporting in the overall department budget creation and forecasting

    Organizational Relationships: Partnership with US People & Culture team, Retail Management, and Home Office colleagues
