JOB SUMMARY: Reports to the Assistant Licensing Manager. Processes MSLC Sales Agent Applications and Agent Renewals Interact with applicants, agents, and other Lottery Department personnel as necessary to identify and obtain required documentation. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Process MSLC Sales Agent Applications for new locations and change of ownerships. Process Agent Renewals. * Performs activities associated with the receipt, review, routing, and final disposition of Sales Agent Applications and Renewal Documentation. * Responds to requests for information from applicants, agents, and other MSLC Departments, including but not limited to Finance, Security, Sales and Legal in a timely and professional manner * Execute MSLC documents, including, but not limited to Sales Agent Agreements and Individual and Corporate Guarantees. * Send notifications to local municipalities and process legal notices for posting in newspapers as required for the sale of the Keno product by MSLC Agents. * Utilize knowledge of the Licensing Department policies and procedures to provide accurate and comprehensive responses to all internal and external inquiries. * To assist in the development of an online platform to process Sales Agent Applications and Renewals. * Perform related tasks as assigned PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * College degree (preferred) or equivalent combination of education and work experience. * Knowledge of the MSLC Enterprise Series and Business Intelligence Reports or similar business enterprise reporting tools. * Ability to work with sensitive material with respect to strict confidentiality guidelines. * Proficient with computer system; including standard Microsoft office suite programs and web based applications and browsers, Experience with on-line applications. * Self – motivated with excellent organizational skills and follow through. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent inter personal skills, interacts in a positive and professional manner with applicants, agents and co-workers. * Must be courteous, articulate, willing to provide superior customer service to the general public in a pleasant and knowledgeable manner. * Ability to work in a fast paced department, and adapt to policy and procedure changes as needed. * Ability to establish effective working relationships with a diverse customer base. * Excellent attendance is a must.
